We service all Formotion produced gauges: Formotion Branded, Harley Davidson, Victory, Triumph, Yamaha et al.

Your Formotion gauge (clocks and thermometers) should have their batteries and o-rings changed regularly.  Thermometers have no batteries, but should also have their o-rings changed every 3 years.   This service will change out for fresh batteries (were applicable) and fresh O-Rings plus a good cleaning.  Print out your receipt after purchase of this service order, include it with your gauge to be serviced, and send it to us at the following address:

Electroluminescence (EL)  gauges (gauges that light up at the push of a button) have 3 batteries (1 for the Movement and 2 for the internal EL board) and the service charge is $25.00. Non Electroluminescence service (all others) is $15.00. For service Outside the USA, (because of the increased shipping costs) the service charge is $60.00.  Non Electroluminescence service (all others) is $50.00

If your Electroluminescence (EL) gauge is not lighting up when you push the light button, it's one of two things: The EL board inside has malfunctioned or the EL board may just require batteries,  This service is for batteries and o-ring service only - not repair of the EL board.

Select the "Quantity" below corresponding to the number of gauges you want serviced.  NOTE: This is for service as described ONLY.  This is NOT for repair.  If you send in a gauge that requires repair, the gauge will be serviced as specified and sent back to you as is, running or not.
